Privacy policy
How we handle the information you share with us through this website. Last updated 15 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Kapp Digital Ltd, a software company registered in Mauritius (BRN C20170553) and based in Black River. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Kapp Digital Ltd. We are responsible for the personal data described here under the Data Protection Act 2017.
What the contact form collects
When you send us a message, we receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and company name. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we use it
We use these details only to read your message, reply to it, and continue the conversation if you want to work with us. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Your message is sent by email to our team. We keep it only for as long as the conversation needs it, and then delete it.
Spam protection
To keep automated spam out, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. When the form loads, Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser details, to tell people from bots. It does not see what you type in the form. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that check.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to this site. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not follow you across other websites. It tells us which pages are visited, which site you came from, and your general country and type of device, so we can see what is useful.
If you contact us on WhatsApp instead, your messages are carried by WhatsApp and its own privacy policy applies to them. We use what you send only to reply to you.
Where your data is stored
The services we use to run this website and our email are provided by established international companies, so your data may be stored on servers outside Mauritius. We only use providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act 2017 you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
Contact us
To ask about this policy or use any of your rights, send us a message through our contact page or on WhatsApp, and say that it is about your personal data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
